Yesterday I went far with my family to a famous temple site and returned with some funny strange notices which I like to share with you all-
We were about 3 Km’s away from the place and parking agents
start perusing to park the car at their place ( don’t know how they share land
and who actually owns it but ultimately it’s a good business which needs just
a cheap receipt book ‘usually of no mean’ for collection and some rural skills)
Next on the way, by side stall keepers were trying to add their
customers (like the travels agents usually does outside shivaji nagar bus
stand) where we got 3 flowers and some bell leafs for 20 rs (I thought LBT is
applying here too).
Next as we cross the very first step of temple,I saw there was a
huge mob adjusted in a queue (and I jus feel wow, how can we Indians loose this
unique identity).
As I joined the queue I saw one YO group coming towards (all
were in shorts with costly mobiles and high megapixels around the neck).(Looking
them I thought they got wrong information about the site that it’s hill station
or cool beach not a temple site). Let the youngsters but there was one 40 years
hero in night dress with his madamji in jeans (it’s better not to make any guess
about what assumption they might had coming to the place) .
Well coming to YO group for 1 funny incidence. At first active
members from the group thought the people in queue are just kidding and there is
not such any rule to stand in a queue, so neglecting the queue they went for direct
visit of lord like the PM goes but unfortunately after 15 minutes they all returned back
with regards from security people (this time looking at the YO’s We queue mates
couldn’t controlled laughing and they adjusted themselves at last entries).
On the way to temple we undergone multiple CD stalls and the
stall keepers used to play recordings which were describing to the listeners
how their CDs are much profitable and neighbor's less.(But as all are doing the
same way, most of the buyers concluded not to go with any one and rescued
themselves from multiple god choices)
Now 3 hours passed in the queue and finally we were near the god
place. Now the cheerful leaders from the queue started shouting the name of God as
if they just had a victory in Kargil war.Suddenly the eagerness for seeing GOD overflowed by them. I found different sense of pride on
their face than the people quietly enchanting god's names.
Near to the gods sculpture I found some leaders (They were
also in jeans without any restrictions) avoiding people touching to the Gods
feet and pushing everyone outside within fraction of seconds(like situation in movie ticket booking
line).
All
the while 2 things lightened me , first one is my 6 month's bhatija patiently smiling who
has not got disturbed quite in that mob. Second one is Yo group so eager to see god impatiently.
